How do I use sea moss gel?
Add 1–2 tablespoons to smoothies, porridge, tea, or recipes. You can also use it topically in DIY masks. Start small and increase as preferred.
How long does sea moss gel last?
Keep refrigerated and use within 2–3 weeks after opening. For longer storage, freeze portions for up to 6 months.
Can I freeze and thaw sea moss gel?
Yes. Freeze in small portions. Thaw overnight in the fridge. Do not refreeze once thawed and always keep refrigerated after thawing.
Is sea moss suitable for vegans and vegetarians?

How much should I take per day?

What shipping method do you use?
We ship with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Most parcels arrive next working day, but this isn’t guaranteed by Royal Mail. 98% of our orders arrive the next working day after dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
Gels ship within the UK only due to freshness. Capsules may be shipped internationally — contact us for details.
When will my order be dispatched?
We prepare gels fresh. Orders usually leave within 1–2 working days and you’ll receive a tracking email once dispatched.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Track your order: You can easily track your parcel using the Royal Mail tracking link provided in your dispatch email. If you haven’t received this yet, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Contact us: If your order hasn’t arrived or you have any issues, please contact us with your order number and details. Our team will look into it promptly with Royal Mail and provide an update.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email a photo and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
