All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Authorisation & Charges
- Payments are securely processed at checkout. In some cases, your bank may show a temporary pre-authorisation that clears once the payment settles.
- Your statement will typically show the charge from Pure Sea Moss UK Ltd (or the payment provider acting on our behalf).
- If you pay with a non-GBP card, your bank may apply its own currency conversion rate and fees.
Security & Verification
Our checkout is protected by industry-standard encryption. Payments are handled by PCI DSS–compliant providers and may require 3D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). For your protection, we may run additional anti-fraud checks or contact you to verify order details.
- Ensure your billing address matches the address held by your card issuer (AVS checks may apply).
- For PayPal or digital wallets, please confirm the delivery address inside your wallet before completing payment.
Receipts, Invoices & Refunds
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately and a dispatch confirmation with tracking once shipped.
- Refunds (where eligible) are issued to the original payment method. Banks and PayPal typically take 3–10 business days to show the funds after we process a refund.

Subscriptions
If you subscribe to recurring deliveries, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date. You can pause, change, or cancel anytime via Manage My Subscription.

- Check that your billing address, postcode, and CVC are correct.
- Ensure 3D Secure/SCA prompts are approved in your banking app or via SMS.
- Try another card or wallet, or contact your bank to authorise the transaction.
