I often eat from the jar, but mixed with some Greek style yoghourt it improves the thickness, I add a touch of honey and it is really yummy.
I have been meaning to try sea moss gel for a long time and finally decided to buy some. I love how easy it is to incorporate into hot drinks, it has no flavour so I could easily just eat it by the spoonful too if I wanted to. I've also used it on my skin to soothe eczema which has been really effective. Will definitely be buying more soon and trying some of the different gels on offer.

I purchased Seamoss with turmeric 3 weeks ago, along with Black Seed Oil, to reduce inflammation in my joints. I find that fasting is the most effective way to do this, so the Seamoss has been brilliant alongside this. I have reduced inflammation already, more mobility in those joints and more energy in general. I highly recommend this product and will be ordering this on subscription myself.

I actually like the taste and each morning i start my day of with a tablespoon on a empty stomach and one tablespoon before bed. The first time i tasted it i felt like my body was lighting up. The Sea Moss capsules themselves, are great! I've been taking them for almost a whole year now, mostly to remedy Fibroids. The only thing I'm not so happy with is the amount of packaging used to send the capsules out. The pots are plastic, so they don't need as much protection as they're being given (and do they really need the plastic security tag seal, plus the shrink plastic seal?). My last two came sealed in a plastic bag inside a box with more protective packaging. Why? It's a shame they aren't supplied in pouches, rather than pots, as this would lead to smaller parcels and less packaging (and they'd fit through letterboxes). Please, please reassess your packaging.
