Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the following working day, subject to the dispatch days below. Sea moss gels are dispatched Monday–Thursday only. Dry goods, including capsules and raw sea moss, may also be dispatched on Fridays. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

Gels are not dispatched on Fridays because they are perishable and we want to avoid weekend courier delays. Dispatch is when your order leaves us, not the day it arrives.

If your parcel has not arrived within 48 hours of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us with your order number.

• We do not dispatch orders on weekends, bank holidays, or during courier strikes.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.
• Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
• Always check your shipping address before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be made.
• We are not responsible for missed deliveries or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Seasonal Notice

We pause all shipments during the Christmas period (21–31 December) due to severe courier delays. Orders placed during this time will be dispatched on the next working day in January.
