Please note we only ship within the United Kingdom

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing & shipping, which does not include weekends or bank holidays. Majority of orders are received next day. We do not ship on Fridays if there is an upcoming bank holiday.

We want to ensure your sea moss arrives as fresh as possible and prevent it sitting in Royal mail warehouses over the weekend, which will decrease shelf life.

Next day delivery cut off time: 13:00hrs (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order within 48 hours after dispatch confirmation.

We do not ship out on weekends, bank holidays or when postal companies are on strike. Please make sure someone is in to accept the delivery. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order. Please let us know about any errors immediately, whilst we will do our best to change details of the shipping address, once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make any changes.

We do not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries or for wrong address details.

We do not ship orders during the Christmas period (21-31st) due to severe delays with couriers. All orders placed between these dates will be shipped the following working day in January.
