Processing & Dispatch

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and dispatch. This timeframe excludes weekends and bank holidays. The majority of orders are delivered the next working day after dispatch.

To maintain product quality, we do not ship some orders on Fridays due to regular courier delays over weekends. This precaution helps prevent parcels from sitting in distribution centres and ensures your sea moss arrives as fresh as possible.

Next Day Delivery Cut-Off: Orders placed before 13:00 (1:00 PM), Monday–Thursday, are eligible for next-day delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

If you have not received your order within 48 hours of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Seasonal Notice

We pause all shipments during the Christmas period (21–31 December) due to severe courier delays. Orders placed during this time will be dispatched on the next working day in January.
