How To Use:
Take 1-2 tablespoons directly from the jar
Add 1-2 tbsp. daily to your smoothies, soups, gravies and stews
Add 1 tsp. to teas, coffees and hot drinks
Apply 1 teaspoon daily as a face/hair mask - leave for 15 minutes, rinse with warm water.
Sea Moss Gel lasts around 3 weeks and needs to be kept refrigerated.
