How To Use:
Take 1-2 tablespoons directly from the jar
Add 1-2 tbsp. daily to your smoothies, soups, broths, gravies and stews
Add 1 tsp. to teas, coffees and hot drinks
Apply 1 teaspoon daily as a face/hair mask - leave for 15 minutes, rinse with warm water.
Sea Moss Gel lasts around 3 weeks and needs to be kept refrigerated.
Helpful Tip: To extend the life of sea moss without any preservatives, we highly recommend freezing small portions of sea moss into an ice cube tray. By freezing sea moss gel, it can last up to 6 months without affecting its quality.
