This is such an easy, healthy addition to my lifestyle helping me to start the day. I’ve been taking this for awhile now. I’m not sure if it’s doing anything but my husband loves it so I will continue to buy it.
I often eat from the jar, but mixed with some Greek style yoghourt it improves the thickness, I add a touch of honey and it is really yummy.
I have been meaning to try sea moss gel for a long time and finally decided to buy some. I love how easy it is to incorporate into hot drinks, it has no flavour so I could easily just eat it by the spoonful too if I wanted to. I've also used it on my skin to soothe eczema which has been really effective. Will definitely be buying more soon and trying some of the different gels on offer.

As you can see im halfway through this Jaw this is the best Sea Moss i have had very smooth. I actually like the taste and each morning i start my day of with a tablespoon on a empty stomach and one tablespoon before bed. The first time i tasted it i felt like my body was lighting up. Great product, easy to take with food (mixed in) or straight off a spoon (which is how I usually take it. Feel more energized, less tired and I am generally more healthy and less I'll these days if at all since taking two table spoons a day!

Love this seamoss, very neutral taste and loving both the original gel and the bladderwrack and burdock root product too.
It's my first try of sea moss gel and I'm impressed! I stir a tablespoon into my overnight oats just before serving. I can't really taste it, and it doesn't 'water down' the mix at all (which I was worried about). It makes for a lovely consistency and my system feels 'settled' all morning.
It’s so much easier to take and is more pleasant tasted.

Excellent moss. Keeps me well throughout the year. I take a spoonful daily in my tea and if I feel u well I have an extra spoon later in the day. It definitely keeps the bugs away.
Its great to use in hot drinks and manage to sneak it in to my asd child's morning tea and night time hot chicokate to get him the minerals he needs as is a very fussy eater...
